Our Story
The Ridenour Building is a 15,000 sq ft building built in the late 1800s in the historic district of downtown Bedford. Over the years it housed many businesses ranging from a bank, a meat market, a jewelry store, a dance studio, an insurance agency, and even the PA Railroad Telegraph Operators training school. Currently, Juli's Wearable Arts and Pinnacle Technologies Central are on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 10 offices with various tenants, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. There is a beautiful atrium, in the center of the building's 2nd and 3rd floors. The guest suites are located on the 3rd floor and have shared spaces consisting of 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, and dining room. Those interested in renting the entire floor (5-7 Bedrooms) have access to the Steelers bar and lounge area. Alcohol not included.
